We are looking to hear from experienced Contract Managers/Junior qualified lawyers to join our Managed Services to work with a leading global technology brand. It's an exciting opportunity with one of the most cutting-edge technology companies around the globe.
The kinds of tasks you’ll be getting involved with:
- Partnering directly with marketers on the contract lifecycle including ensuring compliance with corporate policies, advising teams on procedures and procedures for their contracts, drafting contracts and partnering with cross-functional teams throughout the process
- Ensure supported marketer campaigns comply with all corporate policies and directives from legal counsel
- Partnering with legal teams to steer agreements through the legal process from start to completion.
- Advise internal teams on various policies, procedures, approaches and referred practices as it relates to their contracts
- Provide training, consulting and supporting services on matters related to internal processes
- Review, process and complete marketing contracting requests.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience across business operations, programme management, contract operations, business affairs
- Fluent in English
- Interpersonal, problem solving, planning and written skills.
- Experience working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience working in an operations-orientated role either globally, regionally or across multiple markets.
This assignment will be full-time, starting as soon as possible, and is likely to run for 12-month.
